Michael's Dreams

Michael & Brady have a plan, A plan to change the world

You can attack and sue and litigate all day long. Do these social media companies actually have liability? Well YES, they do. But, when you look at the world of online devices, online websites, programs, apps and more - how do you really make a difference? The answer is awareness. The answer is being proactive. SHOW kids what happens. Michael is living proof, kids can SEE him!

Awareness in Schools

Schools are for learning, schools are supposed to help kids learn how to survive and thrive in the world. The world is different and schools haven't caught up to that. Michael is different because he is a living example of the dangers of social media. Our kids need to SEE him!

Curiosity & Confusion

We've all been there, you are curious. As a 9, 10, 11, 12 year old and up to even 16, you have no idea what dangers exist in the world. When social media connects you to those dangers, how will you recognize them? Michael didn't. But with a sharp mind, he is able to piece that together and inform our kids properly.

Drug Awareness

It's not just about the dangers of online media, it's also about the awareness factor for drugs. Drugs are bad, hello! We all know this, but with kids, how do they know? Do they want to have the struggles Michael has had? Meet Michael, talk to him, he will resonate forever in your hearts and minds.

Securing our Future

By really focusing on youth awareness, Michael has the opportunity to secure the future for our kids. Parents won't have to worry about losing kids to drugs and online media, they can rest assured that we've done our job and since Michael's story is so powerful, the message not only sticks, but it spreads.

Who We Are, As a Family

Michael, Brady, & Dad

A trio together, with the aim of making Michael Whole

Michael: "We've always been really close, more than most can understand, but it's because we are taught that nobody should ever break our bond and to always have each other's back. After my brain injury, my mother, who was confused and terminally ill, signed me over to the State and I spent 18 months in a horrible medical foster home. My Dad had spent almost 3 years in prison for a white collar crime even though he honorably handled it, and he is a great Dad, my hero, while my Snapchat Drug Dealer only spent one day in jail." More on all that here.....

Michael's story and the Dangers of online media

Michael: "Back in September we were lucky enough to have our story told and the focus was the issue of online safety for kids. I am one of (well the only really) who survived, can fully speak and can manage myself, with the help of my brother Brady. I want to make sure that we help the social media companies understand how to protect the kids out there so we don't end up losing more and the facts are told the right way. If you are 10 to 15 years old, you just don't really know until it's too late."

Testimonials

I first met Bryan, Michael, and Brady through their mother, Kate. Unfortunately, her journey had a sadder, more sharper turn to the area of mental health, but in the last year and a half these boys have grown to become soon-to-be amazing men. I would be proud to introduce them to anyone and I am even more proud to call them my friends. Michael and Brady together are like a couple of mischievous young boys, always having fun and laughing. Brady, should be a full time comedian.

I have known Bryan, Michael, and Brady for a little over a year and in the time I have known them what I can tell you is those boys have grown in ways I cannot imagine anyone else being able to do. Michael went from 18 pills twice a day to just 2 and absolutely zero psychological medications. They are always on time, polite, and I am impressed. Being in my 60's I can tell you it is a pleasure to know them and their journey is like a movie, a good one!

As a part of this family now, I really don't know how anyone could try to say negative things about any of them. The sacrifice Bryan makes on a daily basis is his life. Every single day all he does is fight to make sure Michael and Brady are doing what they are supposed to do and have what they need. He is the last person on the planet who would deserve any kind of bad word. These are my brothers and if anyone knew how hard it was to make it work and truly be happy, they would understand.
